Our plants utilize exceptional manufacturing technology known as Demand Flow Technology (or "DFT"). Simply stated, DFT is a process used to make sure each step of the manufacturing process is done correctly. While other companies test product at random, we test every product we manufacture. Each split-system air conditioner and heat pump goes through 144 checks, each gas furnace is checked 234 times and each packaged unit is checked 72 times before they are shipped from the factory. We were the first heating and air conditioning manufacturer to become DFT certified.

In addition to DFT, our quality control station performs 100% computer automated testing to eliminate human error in the final analysis of the product.
