Broan HVAC offers two financing options.

Not every Broan dealer offers one or both of these financing options. Make sure to ask your dealer about your financing options. If you are looking for a contractor who offers ComfortPlus or FTL Finance options, look for the finance icon on the dealer locator.

ComfortPlus™ through GE Capital

If you are looking to buy or install a new system, a Broan contractor may offer you ComfortPlus™ financing. If you decide to utilize this financing, it would be a good time to add home comfort extras. These include higher efficiency air conditioners, air cleaners, zoning and programmable thermostats to add extra comfort to your home without increasing your monthly payments a significant amount.

HVAC consumer financing from FTL Finance

Broan also offers FTL Finance on an HVAC installment loan for you air conditioner, heat pump system and more. With this installment loan there are both fixed terms and a fixed interest rate. This means that you will know what your monthly payment will be and how long you will have to pay it. Your interest rate will be determined by the length of time that you choose and you cannot change it (fixed).
